Food is good if they give you enough & what you want. Service is terrible. Consistently have a long line (expected). Focus too much on being done with someone's order as quickly as possible instead of what the customer actually wants.

It's a wonderful place to get a good Mexican food fix! Many healthy choices and relatively inexpensive. Ingredients are fresh.
Once you get to the head of the (usually) long line, the service is fast, efficient and friendly.
Cant imagine why anyone would "dis" it.

Luckily for me, I wasn't hungry my wife waited in the loooong line to order a burrito for my son. I went to use the rest room and discovered the sink did not work. Disgusting!

terrible service. always an incredible line because none of the staff cares about the people. come here because it's close to my work but every time I come it gets worse and worse with the service. very rude sometimes. two stars because I like the food there.
