Worst place ever. My glasses broke within a month. They did not want to fix it. Went somewhere else and had way better service.

My family and I have been purchasing my glasses and contact lenses from this store for about 10-15 years, and I absolutely LOVE the service, and the variety of fashionable frames I can choose from.

I cant wait to go back this wknd to pick-up my finished eye-wear for indoor and outdoor.

After 20 years of wearing glasses and patronizing optical shops, I am thrilled to have found Chinatown Optical for my local NYC spectacle needs. The staff are not only brilliantly friendly and offer fantastic service, but the turnaround for lenses is lightning fast and the price put smile on my face. Nothing matches a new pair of specs than a happy smile!
