This place is absolutely terrible!!

Ordered to go because I was staying at the nearby hotel. The place is dirty and filthy everywhere you look. Dirty dishes stacked up right on the bar area. Dishes stacked with food on tables. I'm not sure of the situation if they are understaffed or what . I arrived and they told me that the fryer was down so half my order couldnt be made. Totally unprofessional to say they couldnt even make an appetizer. The manager offered a discount only after I complained. I ordered fajitas and it was one of the worst Ive ever had. The chicken was old/reheated and even the cheese was far from fresh. They couldnt even heat the tortillas?? Who gives customers cold tortillas. I will contacting corporate in regards to this location and my experience.

If you can please avoid eating here. There's other restaurants in the area. !!

Went on my lunch break . Ordered fish tacos waited 39 min and it came out cold . Not cold like it just got cold in the window but like it just came out the fridge . When I asked if was supposed to be served cold the bartender said it was the salsa that was cold . I picked through it to find the fish and it stone cold as well I took 1 bite and couldn't do it . The bartender was friendly but seemed clueless she told the manager and they were going to heat it up but I needed to go back to work and I didn't want my tacos nuked in a microwave. Won't go there again.

I see a lot of negative feedback and I was apprehensive about trying the restaurant. Since I had a gift card I figured it wouldn't hurt. The happy hour margaritas were the best of any restaurant in the area. Full of flavor and tequila, not a watered down version. Got a few appetizers, hot, on time and good for a chain restaurant. We sat at the bar but the wait staff seemed to be attentive and working hard to please their customers. Since they depend on tips to survive, it's pretty much a no brainer to give good service.

Lapin, Nika, Johnny and I came here one night for a group dinner. We were seated rather quickly and there wasn’t much of a wait. Lapin and I ordered the Triple Dipper (Spiced Panko Onion Rings, Boneless Buffalo Wings, and Boneless Honey-Chipotle Wings). The food came out in a decent amount of time (felt like forever when you are hungry) and it was tasty enough. We were still hungry so we ordered the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread and it never came. We had to follow up three times only to be told that they ran out of Flatbread. When we checked the digital menu that was on the table, we saw it was still on our bill. We had to follow up with two more times before they finally removed it. Johnny and Nika got the Wings Over Buffalo, which wasn’t breaded but looked broiled. The wings looked meh and meager like there was hardly any flesh on it. They liked how it tasted though. Nika got the mix and match fajitas which came with a lot of food and Johnny ordered steak. The food was decent and around par with other American chain restaurants of this caliber (Applebee’s, TGIF Fridays). Our complaint was the lackluster service we received.

I was in there the other night somewhat late, around 2130 or so. The bartenders seemed to be more occupied with cleaning up to go home rather then the business of taking care of the customers. I paid with a credit card and was handed a bill for someone elses meals. $20 more than mine. I pointed it out to the bar tender. He said he made a mistake on the screen. Because he was in a hurry to go home and was not paying attention. He assured me that the manager would reverse the charges to my card. Today I see both charges went through. Now I have to deal with the hassle of reversing their mistake. Poor service, below average food, unprofessional and deceptive. Not returning
