My service was great last night at Chilis up until this morning when I checked my account and realized that I had been charged a seperate charge last night. My bill that I paid for was around $30. They swiped my card again for what appears to be someone else's order of $19. When I called at 10am (As soon as they opened) the manager said that she would look into it and will call me in no more then an hour... 3 hours later at 1pm I had to stop work and call her since I never got a call back. Instead of apologizing and admitting that their waitress had made a mistake she insisted on telling me that my bank (Chase) charged me a $19 authorization fee that would clear up once my pending transaction of $30 cleared up... Thats BS I have had chase over 10 years and never happened to me before and when I told chase what she said he even said thats BS. I will never give my business to them again and would hope the next person won't either.

The service is pretty well being the fact thay it can be very busy with all the regular people and tourist.
Service was outstanding on 08/11/15 Tuesday.
Jamie our hostess took care of us right away. She saw us waiting a while, so she took our order. Helped with suggested drinks and make sure everything was going well. Thanks Jamie! The food tasted just right as well.

Waited like 15min. For a table on a tuesday night, they weren't even busy, went I grabbed a seat on my own and the manager got mad she had an attitude, like on her period or something, to not aggravate myself more I just took my appetite n business somewhere else, remember customer's are always right, too bad they dnt get this. Little by little, people notice bad service, they gonna leave to a better restaurant.

Chillis in Newark Airport has very poor service. Wished I would have checked other reviews before eating there. Long, long wait for food that had been reheated and had sat for a while. Very disappointing.

After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to greet/seat us (no line, empty tables everywhere, lots of staff). We saw an employee come out of the bathroom (located in plain sight). She had her cleaning gloves on, leaned a gross mop against the wall, as if she was just cleaning the bathroom. Then continued up to us still with her nasty bathroom gloves, grabbed our menus and tried to seat us at a table. When we told her we aren't eating here because we saw her cleaning the bathroom and trying to serve us, touching the menus with her gloves (that she NEVER changed) She just said "sorry".. Obviously we never are here, as who knows what they get away with in the kitchen. COMMON SENSE PEOPLE. The lady was in a red shirt, and quite tall. Please don't trust her with your food. It's disgusting that she thought she would get away with this and probably so many other things. "A" restaurant... I highly doubt that.
