I love this place. The waiter Kevin was outstanding in his margarita service. My unit and I adored his messy manbun, in the most professional way. I would, without a doubt, recommend this chili's over any chili's in the nearby area. Come on down and enjoy the deals folks, you won't regret it.

Great food, fast service. My friends and I really come here for the bar. The people are well trained, friendly and they keep it well stocked. It helps that the manager is young and understands the bar scene. My only complaint is he has to stop up selling the appetizers, the food interferes with our drinking and we are all getting fat, LOL

UPDATE 1: After writing this review and also writing the same review on google, I decided to go onto Chili's corporate website and to file a complaint with them directly. They contacted me the next day and apologized while also refunding in full the entire check (tip included) and gave us a $25 gift card because of the trouble we experienced. They also said that they are in the process of changing the management at this location and that things should go back to normal within a couple of weeks. When these arrive, I will update the review again. I do appreciate them fixing the situation and will give them another chance.

$0.73 TIP on a $42.27 Bill

REFUND PLEASE

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD

I went with my fiance last night 8/30 figuring it would not be the greatest food but it would be at least decent. We were wrong. Our epxerience started off at around 9pm with no hostess being present for a couple of minutes. Then after almost leaving, someone finally came and showed us to our table. Great! We can finally get started. Chili's was not the most clean place but it was decent. We had to wait about another 10 minutes to even get the waitress to come to our table. She had no problem going to the surround tables but not to ours. We ordered water, and a strawberry arnold palmer and told the waitress that we had a severe shellfish allergy and asked if Chilis had a special menu. She replies no and we went to order some nachos with guacomole and some mexican food for our main dishes. We later found out using their little kiosk machine tablets on the table that there is a special menu for shellfish allergies. WE COULD HAVE DIED. ..Nachos come and no guacomole. We do not have napkins or utensils. Waitress goes to surround tables and ignores us. We finally shout "Exucse me!" then say in a normal tone "Can we get some napkins and utensils here?" She turns around with a nasty look and says "That would be good." No apology and takes about another 10minutes to get us napkins and utensils. My fiance at this time had to go to the bathroom. She didn't know where it was so she went up to a group of servers. Upon seeing her come near them, they all disperse and then just look at her. She follows one of them to an empty table that he is cleaning and she asks where the bathroom is. The server does not even tell her just points and gives her a weird look. Our server in the meantime comes by and only refills my drink despite both the arnold palmer and water being half full. We finally catch the server again and she only looks at me but refuses to look at my fiance. I have no idea why other than becasue of her race. I'm white, the server is white and my fiance is darker and is of mixed races. We ask if she can give us the guacomole with our mexican food because we were charged for the guacomole with the nachos and were never given any. She says yes and when we finally get the food, the guacomole is in a tiny bowl for what is usually mustard and other condiments. Anyway, the food was pretty bad-salty and no taste to it. The only part of the enchildada and the taco that you could taste was the bread. The server comes by again during this and refills my drink even though I have only taken a sip and gives my fiance a dirty look after looking at her water half full. Our server does not even ask or take my fiances drink to see if she wants her water refilled. We decide to order dessert becasue we were hoping that maybe it will help to settle our stomach. We don't even bother asking our server to order it so we use the table kiosk tablet and we get the chocolate molten lava cake. The cake itself was not hot and was barely warm with the fudge on top of the ice cream still frozen in a drizzle pattern. I ate two bites and felt sick. That was it. After waiting for 5 minutes again we just decided to pay at the kiosk tablet on our table. It was relatively easy to do except that it did not print the receipt correctly.

Needless to say, we were very generous and gave a $0.73 tip on a $42.27 bill. Never again!
