Childsmiles Pediatric Dentist & Orthodontics

This is the greatest pediatric dental office ever!!! My 3 kids all go here and the last dentist we used to see in Elizabeth traumatized my kids so much they were very scared to go back to the dentist. But the staff at Child Smiles are so nice and sweet with my kids, and our dentist Dr Reena was so outstanding, that my kids actually had a great visit. I can't say enough nice things about them.

I went to get my cavities filled in recently, they did a good job, but I don't know what the heck they did but now the sides of my lips burn and they peel off my skin on the sides of my mouth and my inner lip and now my lips are starting to peel and bleed, plus they had drinks spilled on their chairs, it's obvious that it didn't happen right away because it was dry and sticky... It was also my first day going, not going to lie the people are very nice but I don't know what the heck they did to my mouth area. I also thought that it might've been a side effect but my brother did the same thing and he came out perfectly fine but he had a different dentist

Zero stars. I walk into this place today for a teeth cleaning and X-rays. A young lady sits me down in the X-ray room and leaves to get some instruments (that she was going to put in my mouth). While she was gone, I noticed how dusty everything was. It was like the room doesn't get used much. When the young lady returned, she then placed the open instruments on a dusty counter while she put the vest on me. Before she got the chance to put the dust covered instrument in my mouth, I swiped my finger across the counter and showed her how much dust was there. My finger tip was covered.

Do not send your children here. I couldn't believe it.

When explaining this to who I believe may have been a manager, I received attitude and a back turned, walking away "apology".

the young lady at the front desk was very polite. I blame her for nothing.

How they are dedicated 2 the kids and how they would luv 2 help out if u can afford it

They are amazing, the ladies here are so attentive and caring about every little concern I have had, I absolutely recommend them! A nice clean place they work swiftly and accurately. Great to bring your family down to child smile you won't regret it!
