The major downsides to this place are: always a very long wait (especially for the larger items), an even longer wait if you order to be delivered to you, missing items in your order (too often), and overworked, unfriendly staff and the manager is a grump. If they get your order wrong, don't expect any apologies. Also, the food quality is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad.

The upsides are few: always good rotisserie style chicken and ribs --the only items on their menu that seem to be consistently good, but you have to decide if they are worth the long wait.

As a person who has tried many items on their menu, I feel I have wasted a lot of money 'hoping' that the food was going to be good 'this time'. Never again.

The food is good but service diminishes the experience, even if stoping in for a second to grab take out!

Horrible horrible service. On a busy Friday night I had to yell because they let a person attempt to cut in from of me and a lot of other customers waiting to order. They tried the old routine that they were checking on a call in order then tried to maneuver laterally to order something else. I said do you not see other people standing here waiting? They ladies looked at me an attempted to hand their credit card to the cashier. I simply said oh since you are going to act like you don't here me I'm gonna act like I don't see you. I told the cashier that you better not but in that order when we have been waiting for like twenty minutes and I and the rest of the people step in front and ordered. Don't try that crap with me. If you want good food got to POW Burger next door. No line and great burgers.

To be an employee there is as bad as the food, tony's attitude sucks he treats the employees lousy, i did delivery there a couple of years ago he doesn't even give u a meal unless u work fulltime, the pay is bad too. Not a good place to work or eat, between his father and his kids he should leave his personal life at home thats what makes him such a douch bag

Chicken and Ribs are really good. Not dry, not swimming in sauce, and always tender. The sides are awful. They should just find a couple they are good at making themselves, instead of offering so many options, none of which is worth eating. The employees, or owners, who ever it is that takes orders, are nice enough. They take your order and your money but don't expect a greeting or a thank you. I've gone a few times and will go again, but I would go more if they offered a decent side or two.
