Lovely experience. Steak frites is fantastic, amazing hot frites and a nice thick steak. The skate was excellent. For appetizers we had the pate, foie gras and escargot, all excellent. Well priced and nice atmosphere.

Friendly predominantly french staff, very experienced bartenders who can could make everything I could throw at them. Fantastic deserts, they now have a monday evening live jazz show.

I live in the neighborhood and love this spot. While people are waiting in line for Colonie next door (also good, but I hate waiting) I am always seated right away at Chez Moi and treated to a delicious and reasonably priced Sunday brunch. I also go there for drinks and love the absinthe collection.

If you are there for brunch, my favorites are the Benedict dishes and pancakes.
