This place is fairly organized, very friendly, and has very reasonable rates for rehearsal spaces in the City. The area (26th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues) is a great meet up spot for people coming from all parts of the NYC metro area, and the rehearsal rooms are good for any number of things, from singing rehearsals (they have pianos) to dance rehearsals, or physical fitness meetings. They accept walk ups, as well, and have chairs. Probably one of the best kept secrets in Chelsea.
