Chelsea Gardens Barber Shop

One of few barbershops open on the 4th of July. Thanks to Rudy I got an outstanding cut and he even showed me all the flaws my previous hairstylist had left. I had no idea. Rudy is a detailed and true craftsman; kind and blessed with a sense of humor.

There are plenty of barbershops in Chelsea. A guy needing a hair cut - or just a trim, can find a plethora of them on/or near 23rd Street between 6th Avenue and 10th Avenue. But for me, having lived in the area for 38 years, none can hold a candle - or more aptly, a pair of scissors, to Chelsea Garden Barber Shop! The barbers are courteous, amiable, professional, and easy to talk to. They are a pleasant and sociable team of professionals ably lead by Rudy who is a gracious, accessible, master barber. You hint at what kind of cut you think you may want and they know exactly what to do, and what will look best on you. The prices are very reasonable...AND THE CUTS ARE FLAWLESS!
