Regardless of what artwork you decide to bring, they will give you the full attention and care your display deserves. Their service is impeccable and if you go once, believe us, you will go back again.

I've had 2 unpleasant experiences here. I found the staff unengaged and unhelpful. They told me my piece would be ready in 2 weeks. It wasn't. I had to return several times even after being told it would be ready the next day. Did they call and tell me it would be delayed? Nope. The imperious manager apologized and said they would deliver the very large poster free of charge. They didn't. I schlepped it home myself.
The other piece was being reframed. When I got it home I found out there was no longer a hanging wire in the back. When I returned to ask about it, the same imperious manager told me they thought the piece should be hung another way so they hadn't attached the wire. Again, I wondered why a they hadn't phoned to give me some options rather than make the decision for me. After all, the piece had been hanging on that wire for some 20 years without a problem.
The only reason I had returned to this snooty place was it's location. Right around the block from my apartment. I'll gladly take a cab from a friendlier more helpful place.
