I had an amazing experience at Chelsea Eye Opthalmology! Dr. Coad and Christine were so caring, patient, and professional. I felt so comfortable and actually excited for my procedure. All details of what to expect were explained and I felt assured that Christine and Dr. Coad would be there along my whole eye surgery journey. I have already recommended them to friends! :)

I had my LASIK done by Dr. Coad, and it was an excellent experience! Of course any eye procedure is a bit nerve wracking, but Christine, the LASIK coordinator, quickly put me at ease with her warmth and level of experience. I never felt pressured, and she was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Christine and Dr. Coad provided a great deal of patient education about the procedure, answering all my questions before I could ask them. They have many years of experience doing this, and it shows! The team was extremely attentive, caring, and thoughtful, and I am so glad I went with Chelsea Eye Opthalmology for my LASIK!

Dr. Coad and Christine were simply exceptional. From the first consultation, until I had my procedure, everything went seamlessly. They work extremely well as a team, and I received great care. I was explained every detail from beginning to end, and was given reassurance at every step. It is clear they have thought about patient comfort for everything, which included making appointments, follow ups, education, and pre/post op. Christine is available anytime, and updates you by phone frequently regarding the procedure and preparation. I could not be happier with the results, and I strongly recommend this practice for your eye care!!
