They never showed up and I missed my train back to college. Do not use this taxi service. I called again and they said they showed up. They lied. They said they would send another and I stood outside in the cold but no car showed up.

Driver of car number 8. "Jimmy" made this passenger pay upfront because "he's had bad experiences in the past." I felt discriminated against. Not only that, he was an aggressive driver. Ran one red light and exhibited road rage with one passenger vehicle at red light. Called the base to file a complaint. I was told: "oh yeah. We are sorry. Jimmy is a bad apple. We apologize."
I should have taken another driver.
