Tellers way too slow accommodating customers on the lines.

Be prepared to get ambushed when you go in to make a simple deposit. These people will trick you in thinking that u are making a deposit when in fact they are trying to force you into opening another account with them. A very uncomfortable experience.Horrible ,so horrible that I took my business to another bank

I went in to open a checking account at this branch, and when I went to sign for the account, Yolanda Idarraga had put in an application on a credit card in my name without my permission! When I told her that I did not request a credit card and did not want one, she said the application had already been sent! I said again that I had not asked for it and that it should be cancelled, and she said she would call and try to cancel it after I left. When I called Chase from home two hours later, the card was still active! I had to spend an hour on the phone cancelling the application! Beware because cancelling a credit card will hurt your credit score. You cannot trust Yolanda Idarraga- she will open a credit card for you without your permission. Be sure to look over your papers before you sign for any accounts at this branch!
