This place is ran by clowns. They rejected a check because they claimed they didnt understand the number and then When I asked for the check back they just said they would give me a copy.
Either they a playing stupid or they have some kind of mental impediment.

I was under the impression that once WaMu went to Chase that I wouldn't have any problems. I spent almost an hour of calling different number for some to be faxes or for the automated service to ask me for codes that I never set up in the first place. Then they wan"t to charge me a $64.00 overdraft fee. Maybe if there website had the same structure as WaMu people could understand there balances. Due to that overdraft fee I will have to decide either to by my bus pass so that i can get to school, or do a little food shopping for the house.
