It has become obvious to me since becoming a Chase customer last year that Chase has really worked hard at making their customer service a strength. This location always has had at least one non-teller who greeted me or guided me to the tellers, etc. It has never been too busy so I can make my deposits and head on my way. The tellers have always been very friendly. Even though my preference would be to have a local credit union, I continue to be impressed by Chase.
