- Terrible #15047

This branch is the worst in the city. I have banked at this Chase for 7 years, and have visited many others in Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan. This is the only one that makes you feel like a criminal when you make a transaction. They require your banking card and code simply to change money to higher denominations, even though you've been a customer there for a long, long time and show them the receipt from the ATM. I avoid going there as much as possible. I prefer to be treated with dignity.

- Poor #15048

So the people here barely know what they're doing. Took them 90 minutes and three employees to put a stop on a stolen cashiers check. If you need any business other than a deposit or withdrawal, find another branch.
