Horrible customer service. I went to DEPOSIT money into an account and because the person wasn't with me (although I was on the phone with them), she simply pushed everything back to me and wouldn't help me although I was willingly to answer any question of proof. It's one thing if I was withdrawing money, but I'm depositing. What benefit am I getting if I'm just depositing money?? She didn't even have to give me any type of receipt. What kind of bank wants new clients if they just pushed away a possible client? Instead of trying to help me, she just dismissed from her window without trying anything. What she actuality did was dismiss me from Chase Bank forever...
