Waited over an hour just for a refund. There are roughly 7 desks but only two tellers working at any given time. They do have a list to make sure everyone is helped on a first come first serve basis, but during my wait a gentleman just walked in, flagged down an employee and got helped immediately. Everyone was dumbfounded. This place is so unprofessional.
