- Poor #131811

Thorough communications is the key in customer service, specially in personal banking. Staff needs further training in small branches located in the neighbrohood. For serious banking, worth the hike to Brooklyn Height and work with the main Brooklyn branch.

The crew at 390 Court are great. They helped me start my business 3 years ago and were there for me every step of the way for whatever I needed. Michael, Mohammed, and the rest of team get much love and respect.
