There's something happening here, What it is ain't exactly clear!
In recent weeks the main teller windows area remain closed and unused, this is troubling enough because the single remaining teller window is not enough to support the traffic at this location. Worse still I can't get a straight answer from anyone about why this is happening. It seems they think I (and all other customers) are morons who believes anything we are told. This might have worked if I were not told several different stories why the windows remain unused.

I came to this location around 10 am and it u now 10:30 and I am still on line. They have only one teller and she is taking care of customers inside and drive through. They had at least 5 people come and ask customers in a very long line how can they help but no one would open another teller. They were telling people that they are in the process of installing new machines that will replace tellers. Stay away from this branch unless you have nothing better to do than stand in line.

Rofls excuse me giants fan are you sure you are not talking about td bank because last time I checked chase doesn't have security lol unless you came in with a ski mask I don't think you would get followed, this its not like payless where you can come in and swipe shoes lol, some people have to stop being so sensitive
