Workers are great, but very poorly staffed. I waited 1 hour to talk to a representative. It doesn't take a genius to know that a bank in a well populated area needs to be well staffed. Let's make Chase great again !

Weekends are BUSY at this location so don't be surprised if you find yourself waiting to helped and/or use the ATM's. Staff has always been informative and helpful when I needed guidance. ATM's have always seemed to be in working order when I go. The only true complaint I have is that every time I go (whether to the ATM or inside the actual bank), I am solicited for something. I really wish they would control that situation a little more and/or not allow it to take place in the bank.

Bank is well kept and the staff is really helpful! Even though there is usually one teller open at a time, they try their best to help you so you don't wait too long.
The one teller that stood out to me the most was Wilfredo. He's the fastest out of everyone, doesn't make mistakes and very friendly.
Overall, a very pleasant environment.

Long lines with agents standing around because automated machines are taking over. Only one teller open. So disappointing.

No matter the time, you'll be in for a long wait. There is a full wall of windows and only two open for use.
I was there at 8:34am (4 mins after opening) just to cancel a card, I still had to wait 15 mins before the gentleman could help me. And while he was helping me, I waited another 10 mins in his office while he stepped out! Employees have suggested using other sites to do banking!
