I have banked at the Chase branch at Grand Army Plaza for the last three years or so, and they've been absolutely great. I've found the people there to extremely helpful and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and actually seem to appreciate my business. I think it starts from the top. The branch manager sets a great tone, and Migdalia the business relationship manager and Diego in client services are proactive in a way that is not "pushy" or overtly self-serving. I appreciate that.

They're ok. Typical bank. What I really dont like is that I've had to look and listen to that crazy beggar that has sat right outside their door for 10 years. He's nuts and yells at people. I dont know why he's still there. Be warned, I have seen him get hostile at people that ignore him. Also he likes to get into your business. So just keep walking if you dont want to deal with him.

a security guard told me there is a chase atm or something but it is only for employees - no public access.
