Really bad customer service. I talked to a mean, sarcastic lady who asked a ton of non relevant questions and asked for documents I didn't have in order to open a bank account, even though I showed her that I am an American citizen. Racism based on my latino descent? When I got in there was absolutely no one else there, so take that as a hint. I tried Capital One Bank accross the street and service there is really good.

Horrible service. I came in to get a debt card printed and was told all the available persons couldn't help me. I was forced to wait on someone else while other people were helped. This place has the worst customer service
