There are ridiculous lines at any time of the day. Often only one teller at the window, and always a long line. Also there are EIGHT windows boarded up with "pretty picture, happy people Chase advertising"
Today there were 2 tellers. And still, somehow, the longest line I've seen there to date.

The only thing wrong with this bank is that ever since the new ATMs has been put up there has only been one teller working and the lines are ridiculously long, with the business line close and a approximate wait of 30 to 45min. Besides that i love the bank and the staff. PLEASE OPEN MORE WINDOWS!

I have a Chase bank account, and because I work nearby, I find myself attending this branch most often, whether it's to handle a withdrawal, or if a friend meets me, and they have to handle business.
For the most part, customer service is reasonable. The lines can be long at times for service, due to this bank being in a business district, so be prepared for a wait.
Most of the ATMs seem to be operational as well; there are plenty to use. However, if you must make a withdrawal on certain times (usually, a Friday afternoon) be prepared to wait on line.
