I love how the dominican women at charms do my hair. valeria and giselle are mother and daughter and are the best in the salon. they are always booked though so you must make appts ahead of time. the women who do threading are very rude but a few of them do good jobs. they also do good with color there. dyed my hair blonde and i loved it! its packed on saturdays but its worth it, they're amazing. also, they're are a hair salon, if you want a pedicure go to a nail salon, thats their expertise.
