Store has gone seriously downhill in the past few years. Their Belgian and craft beer section, once excellent, is now spotty, and the Belgians they do stock are often available for significantly less money at local supermarkets. Might be worth a trip if you're in the neighborhood, but don't expect too much.

This place needs some love. Went here often as a child for soda and seltzer and still again as an adult for beer—it remains one of the only sources of decent beer on the eastern side of the island—, but as of late it has suffered from neglect. The fridges in the back need love, in their current state they are covered with grime contain empty bottles and other assorted ones strewn about. I would wager no one has gone through them in some time, I went digging for a cider and came upon a six pack of Brooklyn Post Road from two years ago.
Although formerly neighborhood mainstay, some real work is required here.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! Always willing to help. Great beer at great prices! I pass a lot of stores just to go there.

These people have no conception of time and the worst customer service I've EVER seen. When I first started using them, their service was fine... I'd place an order and receive it the next business day. After 6 years of fine service, everything changed. For almost 6 months now, every single time I place an order, it's never on time. Sometimes it takes a week to receive my order! And that's after they keep promising me every single day I call that it'll be here the next day. And when they place you on hold for a long time, you can hear screaming and cursing in the background! Very unprofessional. Already found a new place.
