- Excellent #53099

Excelent Custumer Service, Never had credit problems, Delivery always very early (4-5am ), Billing easy to understand thay have all Major and smaller newspapers and magazines no longer need to shop arroud and pay 10 diferents bills. coulndt ask for more

- Terrible #53100

CH News has very poor customer service, and the sales rep that I have dealt with spoke little to no English. The level of unprofessionalism extends from customer service reps to management. Their service reps promised that a salesman would come out to my store everyday for three consecutive weeks, yet the salesman never showed. Several messages left with their management were not returned. It's unfortunate that they are the only newspaper distributor in the area, otherwise, I would take my business elsewhere.
