Thanks to Century 21 Eudan Realty and a special thanks to Dave Fanale for helping me sell my house! I was hesitant to sign with a realtor, but after meeting with Dave for half an hour, I was "sold". He was very down to earth and more important to me was the fact that he was a straight shooter. He walked me through the process, step-by-step, and we came up with a game plan. I knew that the plan would need to change, but every step of the way was made easier with his guidance. He would give me his opinion and always listened and respected mine. He stayed positive when I couldn't and reassured me that his experience and Century 21's reputation would make it happen. And sure enough, it did! Dave was a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions with precision and in a timely fashion (often within 30 minutes, which blows my mind still).
