My company is a customer. We use hand held sealers in our blood bank. I have been trying for 2.5 months to get a hold of someone to complete a vendor qualification survey and no one has gotten back to me. I have been sent around to many different people in which no one knows who handles anything. I have completed several online inquiries for someone to call me and nothing. This is very poor customer service and not a way to run business. I would give a half a star!
