A kind, compassionate physician--Dr. Steven Gruenstein performed a procedure on me in his office which was going to cause some discomfort. He told me precisely what I was likely to feel, how long that feeling was likely to last, and prepared me so sensitively and adeptly that I was completely relaxed and comfortable. My daughter (whose name is above, since I do not have a Gmail account) was with me and was mightily impressed, as was I.
