I had a fantastic experience with the doctors, however, customer service is horrific. Impossible to reach anybody by phone, forgetting to notify me of updates I request, among other issues.

Exactly the same problem as Mr Rodrigues - I have had the sleep test performed and I am trying to make appointment for follow up - 6 months later.
This is ridiculously un-professional.
