well finally got accounts canceled but it takes a month for them to cancel so guess what they get to charge a variable rate yet 2 more months so when they tell you you call cancel they lie. made alot of money from me they had better lose my number.

took 20 minutes to get a person when i complained about all there extra fees they said i used a lot of energy. when i tried to cancel account suddenly she wanted to send me to another rep both told me there computers went down to call back just what i have time to do meanwhile they are charging me more. now i am waiting for manager to call me back this company is a racket.
