There’s nothing quite as daunting as coming home from a 14hr flight and fiddling in your carryon for the set of keys you specifically placed in the outside zippered pocket, to find they are not there. To make matters worse, I was tired and had to be up in 5 hours for work. I didn’t want to call anyone at 1am in the morning and ask to crash on their couch so I called Reliable Locksmith. They arrived within 20 min and what they found was a jetlagged and pretty tired looking New Yorker almost half asleep on her luggage. $100 later I was inside my apartment, showered, in bed, and happy to get a couple of hours of desperately needed sleep. The locksmith was prompt, professional, and very quick. I have Reliable Locksmith saved in my phone should this ever happen again.

I am awful with constantly forgetting the keys to my apartment. Went to visit a friend in the city for a night of drinking and debauchery. Upon returning to his place we realized that he lost his keys. I was in no mood to traipse around the city back tracking through our night so I offered to pop for a locksmith. We called Reliable, got a reasonable estimate and had a locksmith at the apartment in about 30 minutes. Reliable showed up quickly worked discreetly and had us back in the apartment in just a few minutes saving me from a horrible reverse bar crawl
