This was an exciting find - fresh, local (and sometimes organic) Mediterranean food, served up Chipotle style in bowls. You pick your base, protein, toppings, sauces, etc. There are a multitude of options, and portion sizes are large. My bowl was delicious (definitely get the eggplant spread!). To top it off, they have delightfully flavored lemonades and iced teas.

Cava Grill has fresh, tasty, healthy Mediterranean salad and grain bowls that are perfect for lunch or dinner. I really loved how tasty and well-prepared the ingredients are and was surprised at how warm and friendly all the staff are. Great spot to grab a quick meal! Vegetarian options are available here.
