Cassa Times Square

Amazing hotel and fantastic location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was perfect in so many ways.

Got the room for $92 on HT app.

Small room, but clean and well kept.

Staff was competent and helpful. I asked for a small fridge in two separate stays, both time got one within 20 minutes. During one of the stays, I was able to check in around 11am, which was a rare treat!

On site gym was a big bonus for me. Not all the machines work, so try to get there early (like 5 am)

The slight negatives that I can think of was that watching video on my handheld was very choppy. Also, though out the night, I was able to hear and feel the trucks that drove by.

Other than that, I had very pleasant stays.

Hotel was fantastic, staff very friendly, service excellent, hotel is modern with all those modern comforts. Hotel was in a great location, about 6/7 min walk to Times Sqaure and the staff were exceptional and always happy to help with our questions. Will definitely stay there next time !
