When I first contacted CASH FOR CAR, It was in regards to selling my financed vehicle due to a new addition to my family. I am also having a hard time keeping up with my current payments. When I reached out to them it was late evening but still tried my luck. And of course no one answered and I didn't bother leaving a voice mail, but little did I know that a man by the name of RALPH would be my hero. This man without knowing me or if I was even serious about my business with him. Went beyond what is known to be a car sales person. He explained to me that my vehicle had some issues that the dealer which I had purchased it from didn't disclosed with me, as far as I was aware. He went as far as to explaining to me in detail how I could possibly do something about the matter, since I might not be able to get rid of my current vehicle due to the factors. I am truly at a loss of words as to how RALPH M. is a true genuine person, no strings attached. I had an amazing experience and this is given the fact that I haven’t purchased a vehicle with CARS FOR CASH. It just says so much about their character and the honest business they offer.
