If no stars was a rating possibility, that would be my choice. Speed, efficiency and plain dealing were not any part of my experience when this company did a title search for the buyers of my commercial property. In fact, the buyers missed their own requested closing date and Carroll Title then submitted a long list of new requirements that helped delay the closing into a new year.
