I am posting to make the public aware of my horrible experience with Jeff and his company....Do yourself a favor and work with another vendor or at least be aware that Jeff is a complete DIVA.
The only positive part of my experience is that my flooring came out beautiful but this was at the expense of the treatment my husband and I received from Jeffrey himself. Jeff agreed to complete my project in a short period of time and was made aware that other workers such as a plumber, painter, and contractor would also be sharing the space as time was of the essence. We encountered some unforeseen water damage in one section of the project area and his crew wasn't able to work on part of the house. Jeff and his crew refused to work on the other part of the house as they couldn't handle anyone other than their own being in the house and they stormed off the job. Some of the language Jeff used at me includes:
"Honey you need to take a deep breath"
"You look like a deer in headlights"
"This is your fault for not leaving enough time"
"For a tip my men will rehang the closet doors they took down"
"We can't finish and hang your closet doors because we are 45 minutes late to another job"
Finally, Jeff got in my face and screamed at me that I act like a 5 year old. I was home alone with a small child and his crew. I felt violated and physically threatened by him.
We spent close to $10,000 on this project and all Jeff cares about is getting paid. He's nasty, not on time, rude, condescending, patronizing, and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service.
