This store is unreal, they never answer their phone it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. I tried calling the 1877 number and after you hit a prompt for customer service it hangs up on you. I've e-mailed them multiple time and have yet to hear back. This is ridiculous and not a way to run a company. Now i see why they are down sizing and are no longer in Sephora!!!

I had an incredible experience at this salon. I was so pleased with the consultation and service that was provided. Not to mention, that I my hair looked great when they finished.

I had a wonderful experience at the Carol's Daughter Salon in Harlem. My stylist took the time to understand what my goals were and I left with my hair feeling healthy and beautiful! I will definitely go back. Thank you!!
