i agree with what is written before. dr carness is friendly but at the end of the day, the billing is highly suspect. i was charged more than what i should have payed. the only reason i found out was b/c my insurance company sent a sheet showing how much they paid and how much i should have paid. when i went in to talk about this the staff was very rude and refused to pay me the difference! i had to get the insurance company involved. eventually i got the refund. if i had not been persistent, however, i doubt they would have done done anything - very dishonest.
