I got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was great and I was very pleased, but once I sat down to get my french tip manicure, it was very clear that the lady had no idea what she was doing. I've gone to many different places to get a french tip, and they always do the white paint first and then narrow it down with an acetone brush. This lady was unsuccessfully trying to make a straight line with a tiny brush and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain how I wanted her to do it. I felt really bad because I hate being a difficult customer, but I came out of this place so upset because even after I asked for a different person to do my nails, she refused, so now I have a bad manicure that I paid way too much for.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went in to get a simple nail color change and I had sparkles on my ring fingers. Instead of taking it off with acetone they used a cheap 2 cent nail file on the top of my nail completely DAMAGING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a polish change, no filing is needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave a 1$ and said forget it as I got up they wanted me to pay 4$ for what?!?!?! RUINING my nails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER STEP foot in this AWFUL place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Waisted $31.95 on a pedicure ! The service was no more that 15 minutes. I never saw that in all my years in NYC.
The technician had such a bad attitude, wanted to sell me more and making a face when I said no thank you.
It was an Extremely annoying time, specially on my birthday when I had in mind to relax and had my feet polish.
My feet looked the same before the pedicure, she put cream on my leg, that is not massage but simply taking the client for stupid.
don't go to this place!

I originally went here to get a pedicure and manicure, having just completed a big move into a new apartment nearby. I was treated to the most amazing massage during my services that I asked to schedule an hour-long massage for that Friday. I have been getting massages for over 30 years, and this massage (by Esther) was the most amazing one I have ever received. Her hands are magical. I have had massages in many countries, in spas and health clubs, at chirorpractors' offices and physical therapists' practices, and this is hands-down the most amazing one ever. Esther is absolutely incredible. I have sent six people to her in the past three months, and all were astounded. She does calibrate the depth of the massage to the person. I like a very deep massage, but friends of mine like lighter ones and they have been equally impressed. And the price is quite good for the upper upper west side!
The manicures and pedicures are top rate also!
