Super is excellent.
The building has undergone many improvements over the last decade that I have lived here, however, the best amenity the building had to offer, the roof, has been closed indefinitely.
I would NOT RECOMMEND living here until the roof is reopened.

prompt service, well kept building, they take good care of the building and the tenants, i had a very good experiance living in one of there buildings for over2 years, i have heard the same from my neighbors,

broker lied and let us down, and ever since then everything has been horrible. maintenance issues, rent overcharged, and so much more. tenants are miserable and management does not care.
