Totally waste of time. Tried to sell a 10yrs old used phone (and giving a forged receipt).. When asked to refund, denied bluntly.

When had to step out to call the cops, they returned the money in a very insulting manner.

I came in to their store recently and was greeted warmly by the staff members. They answered all my questions and recommended me the items which best fit my needs, and were not pushy nor aggressive. They have a decent selection of computer hardware at competitive prices (lowest prices I could find for many things). I would shop there again.
