Love the food great service, but a little expensive, which is great once in a while to go to an amazing great quality bakery.

I loved going to Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, NJ! I went on my birthday! I would of wanted to meet Buddy himself. But thank you CAKE BOSS for the wonderful experience and pastries of course

I tried Carlo's in Hoboken and thought it was ok. Overrated, overpriced, but ok. They recently opened one close to home and sis had to try it. Crumb cake hard, mediocre ( stale?) . Italian Napoleon - ok. American Napoleon - good and flavorful. Cannoli - the filling was grainy and floury. Apple turnover - good, the crust was flaky and had a good flavor. So out of 5 items, I'd give only 2 a passing grade, one barely passing, and the crumb cake and cannoli? We threw it out.
