Basile's Pizza

AWESOME, GREAT, AMAZING!! This is a great place to have a meal of any kind. They have the most amazing food, and keep the "old style" feel of a hometown pizza place. They have pizzas, heros, etc.., anything you can expect at a pizzeria...And they have the old style tables and booths to eat in too!!! You get to choose what you like and then pay at one central place, then sit, relax, and eat in an informal setting. I liked everything about it immensely!!

How does estimated delivery time go from 25 - 30 min to 1 hour and 30 min without even a call to let the person know???? Awful customer service. I haven't tried the pizza yet and hope its worth it? It is now 11:20 and still have not received my pizza. I called to find out where it was and they said they gave it to the seamless driver long ago. I called Seamless and they told me they use their own drivers. In addition to poor customer service at Basile Pizza, they also lie to them. Seamless called the rest. and they told them it went out at 10:04 and that they would resend the pizza. I will continue once I receive the Pizza. Never Again will I make this mistake and as others have complained about super late deliveries, I thought sometimes those are far and few between but for sure this is the norm for them. DON"T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! I am disgusted ; over a pizza delivery??? I could see if I was trying to cater en event??? What would happen then? Completely unreliable! 11:45 and still waiting! midnight and still waiting!

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO. Help Hoboken get something deserving in their place. The only thing they have going for them is their fantastic location. With the foot traffic they get, they can afford to suck in every other way and still make a ton of money. The food is edible but made as cheaply as possible with no care for quality or customers' enjoyment. On top of that, they aren't even good people and straight out lied to me several times. Having no clue what was inside their calzones, they confidently claimed they were all the same & went so far as to specifically list everything in them. Flavorless, gross, misrepresented, and way overpriced. They cut it in half so they clearly saw their random guess was completely wrong and chose not to tell me before wrapping it up. Quality can be improved but lack of integrity and honesty cannot. Walk on by these jerks. There are SO many other establishments around the corner that respect and care about their customers and not just taking your money. Hopefully, enough of you will vote by walking by that there will soon be another business here deserving of this amazing community & location.

Basile Pizza is overall an okay place for a quick slice of pizza while returning back from work. Their pizza tastes fine. But I usually prefer fresh slice of pizza which I typically don't get here even when I ask for one...they wont give you hot & freshly prepared pizza saying its for other customer order. They are not cheap either.

The crust was good - the restaurant was filthy - no customer and instead of cleaning chatting on cell phones - asked to put the soccer game in english - and advised "didnt know the how to put the tv in english" rude never will eat here again
