The food is the best. I recomend this place to everybody.

I ordered by phone at 5:000pm and called 3x to see where my food was and each time I called they said they were on their way. 3 hours later NO FOOD - will never order from them again

Worst service ever. Not sure if they understand the concept of business and how it works but I'm pretty sure that they don't. Their delivery is always late, cold and incomplete. In addition, they lack customer service basics: as in providing what they say they would (i.e. delivery). They're unapologetically rude and unprofessional.

I know this spot because of my father. He would always meet his friends here and eat some great food. I only went when my father would go, never came here by myself. My husband and I called them to see if they delivered and they did. We got our food 1.5 hours after we ordered it. The lady that took the order was dry and draggy. Finally when the order came to our home, the driver called us and told my husband in Spanish " Hey come down here and get your food"

Prior to this, I walked in once for a to go order. I smiled, no smile back. I said hello, no hello back. she just put the pen to the pad to take my order and she turned away with the only attitude when I placed my order. They make you feel like a bother. Let me ALSO say, had it been my father the ladies there would have treated him like King. Not cool Caridad. You treat all customers with respect. Definitely lost a customer with me.

Plus the family size meat they sent to my house was barely for two people. I ordered peppered steak. Let's just say it was mostly peppers!
