Caribbean Blue Pools & Spas

We bought a house with a pool two years ago and ever since we moved in we had problems with our pool. When we finally did find someone to replace our liner that company ended up damaging our pool and installing the liner with wrinkles and our pool was leaking. That is when we decided to reach out to Caribbean Blue Pools. We had heard such great things about Caribbean and we wanted the best pool company after having such a bad experience with others. Mark came out right away and was fantastic. He gave us a great quote and then the work started right away. Everything he told us he would do he did. He called us back whenever we had questions. We were able to email his team and they were wonderful in dealing with us. Not only did he install our liner with no wrinkles but he was able to figure out why the pool was leaking water and fixed it and all our issues. I can't say enough about how great Mark is and this pool company. If you want a great professional experience then call Caribbean Blue. You will not be disappointed. They are terrific!

I went to Leslie's on Rte. 23 so they could test my water. The place was packed and it didn't seem like the employees there knew much about what they were doing. The girl who tested my water fumbled through the whole thing and had to ask someone else how to do part of it. She then told me I would have to drain my pool and start over because my chemicals are "messed up." I didn't know what that meant exactly and she couldn't really give me an explanation. I was annoyed and as I was leaving I saw Caribbean Blue across the highway so I decided to go there. I'm glad I did. I met Shawn there. He tested my water using a water test that was done completely on their computer. He went over the results with me in detail and all I needed was to fix my pH. I told him my fiasco at Leslie's and he didn't seem surprised. It seems like a lot of people are having the same problem with them I was. I will never go to Leslie's again. Anytime I need something I will go see Shawn at Caribbean Blue.

I had the best experience ever with Caribbean Blue. Mark was terrific all the way through the process and delivered what he promised - they had my pool completed in less than 2 months - and its perfect! Very rare to find a pool company that does what they say they are going to do.
Also - i use them for opening and closing - they do a great job. I recently had a problem with my salt converter called them for a service appointment, and they came within 24 hours and fixed it! The service tech (Steve) couldn't have been any nicer - and he took the time to explain a whole bunch of stuff to me that will help me keep things on track in the future. Great company.

Mark the owner came out to our home to quote a liner replacement for our inground pool.
We knew this wasn't an easy job based on other installers, but Mak insisted he had the solution. He gave us a price, we agreed. He then told us someone would call from the liner mfg and come out to measure for the liner. Not only did no one call but neither Mark nor anyone from his office would call us back. After a week of trying to reach him, we had to find another installer, NOW it's very late in the season.
Mark is full of BS...don't promise something and run away. Be a professional and confront the customer. I certainly would not trust this man or his company...

Caribbean Blue Pools did a reno on my 20x50 Inground pool in June 2007. They did an excellent job at the onset and Mark was very involved. Jay, his brother, the service manager, is far from competent and reliable. They installed a Jandy Aqualink system. The remote control broke after the first year and when I called every other week from May thru August, they finally gave me a replacement at the END of the season. When they opened the pool in 2009 I complained about fading and staining of the Gunite surface. Jay stated that pool distribution of chemicals caused this and it was my fault. They refused to do anything about it. I used them to open and close my pool for 3 seasons and as the price went up and the quality went down I have since moved on. Now, the entire pool surface (THE SIDES/WALLS TOO), is blotchy, discolored and faded in all areas. Poor or unequal distribution of chemicals would cause "spot staining" in that area, NOT the ENTIRE pool surface. I am extremely displeased. The entire pool needs resurfacing now and they refuse to fix the problem. My neighbor, who I got the recommendation from, had the same problem and after her nagging for two years, they finally resurfaced her pool. They refuse to return my calls. Their pricing is fair and they do a great job at the onset but don't have a problem afterwards.....they will ignore you once they have gotten your money.
