This place blows hot and cold, we had 2 decent visits there, of late they are really petty about getting thier office visits in (read co pay), doesnt matter what the state of the patient or if they saw you 2 days ago and ignored what your symptoms were. If it was not located right beside me I would not go there. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

I went here based on reviews and recommendations from local people. After going for a year, I began to tire of the long waits, shorter and shorter office hours and mediocre medical care. I longed for the doctors I saw when I lived in NYC. The last straw was recently, when I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Ali. Not only did she misdiagnose me, she canceled my follow up appointment when I was scared and looking for answers about a medical problem. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend, so I can imagine they wanted to close earlier than their 1pm close time. I had my records switched and began seeing a new doctor in Hoboken who has diagnosed and began treating my medical problem. Two weeks after my canceled appointment, Dr. Ali called me back to "see how I was feeling." I think they don't understand how to properly care for patients here and I'm glad that I'm no longer a patient. I hope this review helps someone to not be as blind as I was and get better care.

I want to love this place for location and convenience. I want to commend this place because of the young "doctors in training" they have helping. But I cannot ever get a returned phone call. The front desk organization is disconcerting. I phone and request information, never faxed. I phone and request prescription to be mailed, never mailed. I phone and request return phone call, never called. I phone and get a fax tone for an entire morning. The front desk DEFINES the clinic. Train them, pay them better, buy them lunch, do SOMETHING to provide incentive for these nice people to be able to follow through with their duties in a timely manner.
The fact I've never been examined but only talked to by the MD is equally concerning - examine me, take my blood pressure, weigh me, and if you're not - I need a good explanation why you'll write me prescriptions to see specialists without scrutinizing the issue first - breast lump? Feel for it before sending me off somewhere. I've had more diagnosis and discussion with their students. I seriously have concern for this clinic, I think the doctors need to take a deep breathe, take their time reorganizing, training themselves and their staff and get back to the priority of offering professional, detailed, policy driven, patient care. My spouse feels his intuition is correct and is concerned they're going to get themselves in trouble being so flippant. I continue to want to give them a chance to take their time, hear me, know their priority is the patient in front of them. Some other distraction is happening in this office and I'm worried for them it will be their downfall.

I go here for the location/convenience (i live in the neighborhood); the doctors are ok, altho i have had trouble at times getting them to return a phone call. and the staff who answer the phones are dreadful--they always sound as if they're doing you a favor just to answer the phone and/or schedule an appointment. if it continues to annoy me, i'll be looking for a primary physician in hoboken...
