The aides are very nice and caring. The agency is a total disaster....they never call back....no follow through. They claim never to have received any messages I left. The receptionist is rude and abrupt.
I found the coordinators to be liars that they have coverage and then no one shows up or they didn't update patient profile and aide couldn't find house etc. I lost many hours/pay at work for no shows and no calls. Very annoying .

This is a horrible homecare agency.They never care about their patients, you can die home waiting for them to send somebody. very careless,inconsiderate,negligent .....

We have used this agency for 7 years. We had the same aide for the past 4 years. We have had no complaints while this aide was here. She is now leaving and the agency has had 2 months to find a replacement. They send aides who don't speak English and the agency does not have the ability to fill their clients' needs. We also used them for hospice care when my father-In-law was dying. The aide called to tell us his breathing had changed and we should come immediately. We got there in 20 min...we arrived to find him dead, and the aide left at the end of his shift ( 10 min before we arrived) and left my 93yr old mother-in-law alone with him.

My uncle is supposed to receive 40 hrs of care a week. If he gets 4 hours a week that's a lot. I have called and a new care giver was supposed to be assigned. That never happened. Now this woman had a baby is still getting paid 40 hrs a week but she sends her nephew. My Uncle is handicapped and cannot use his hands & is wheelchair bound. He receives no help with cooking, cleaning or personal care from these people. A big sham to get paid from the State. I live in another State and cannot go daily he is over 2 hours away from me.

When I spoke with them initially, it seemed like a legitimate agency that has competitive prices for the area. They never called me back. I followed up, had to repeat my information and they assured me they would call me back. They never called back. The third time I followed up, they apologized and set me up with a time to interview a prospective caretaker. The caretaker never showed up. The agency never called back.
